Description of the Service

Whenever Works is an event planning and coordination platform that allows users to:

• Create events and propose dates or availability
• Invite participants to respond to events
• View and manage responses
• Share event-related information with participants

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You may sign up using:

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In
• Email and password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Whenever Works offers an optional Premium subscription, available on a monthly or yearly billing basis.

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, features, or availability at any time, subject to applicable law and App Store policies.

User Content

The Service allows you to submit content, including event details, availability responses, and other information (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

Notifications

The Service may send push notifications related to events, responses, or account activity. You may disable notifications through your device settings.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Whenever Works and Standard Design Authority, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
